These terms apply to ChatGPT Product Image Generator (the "Service"), a Chrome extension sold by Shree Shyam Store, trading as SuperAutomation ("we", "us"), through purchase.super-automation.com. By subscribing or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service is downloadable software that runs in your browser and automates image generation in your own ChatGPT account. It is licensed, not sold. Access requires an active paid subscription and a valid license key.

2. Subscription and payment

The subscription costs ₹199 per month, charged in advance through Razorpay by card or UPI AutoPay, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes. If a renewal payment fails, access stops at the end of the paid period until payment succeeds.

3. License

Each subscription comes with one license key that may be active on one browser at a time. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, decompile or modify the Service, or try to bypass the license check.

4. Your ChatGPT account

You need your own ChatGPT account. Your ChatGPT plan's limits apply, and you are responsible for using ChatGPT and the images you generate in line with OpenAI's terms and applicable law, including rights in any product photos you upload. ChatGPT Product Image Generator is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.

5. Availability and changes

ChatGPT changes from time to time, which can temporarily affect the Service. We work to fix such issues through updates but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You can cancel any time (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy). We may suspend a license that is shared, resold or misused.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
