Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing shreeshyamstorebusiness@gmail.com with your registered email, or through the link in Razorpay's subscription emails. After cancelling, no further payments are taken and the extension keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because the Service is digital software delivered immediately, payments for the current month are generally not refundable and we don't refund partial months. We will refund in full:
- if you were charged more than once for the same month, or
- if the extension does not work for you and we can't fix it, when you contact us within 7 days of the payment.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach you within 5–7 working days. A refunded subscription is cancelled and its license key stops working.
